e-Gift Card Policy

1. General Terms

• OMG Cookie Co. eGift Cards are available for purchase online and can be used for orders placed through our website or in-person at participating locations.
• eGift Cards are issued in U.S. dollars and do not expire.
• By purchasing or using an OMG Cookie Co. eGift Card, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Redemption & Use

• eGift Cards may be used for the purchase of eligible products at OMG Cookie Co.
• eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
• Purchases made with an eGift Card will be deducted from the card balance. If a purchase exceeds the available balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
• eGift Cards cannot be reloaded or transferred to another account.

3. Lost or Stolen eGift Cards

• OMG Cookie Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of eGift Cards.
• Please treat your eGift Card like cash and store it securely.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

• eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.
• Items purchased with an eGift Card are subject to our standard refund and return policies.

5. Fraud Prevention

• OMG Cookie Co. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any eGift Card and/or order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
• We may require additional verification before processing eGift Card transactions.

6. Modification of Terms

• OMG Cookie Co. reserves the right to update or modify this eGift Card Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website.
